Wood River Health is a Federally Qualified Health Center with locations in Hope Valley and Westerly, RI. We are a community-based health care provider that receives funds from the HRSA Health Center Program to provide primary care services to underserved areas.

Wood River Health offers medical, dental and behavioral health care services and social services including WIC to individuals living in Rhode Island and Connecticut. Our staff is committed to improving the health and well-being of our patients through high quality, coordinated health and support services.
