We provide the best of care, right at home! Vicdania Health Services, provides both medical and non-medical home care services for pediatric and adult patients in New Castle, Kent and Sussex counties. Our team of trained caregivers is carefully screened to ensure the best qualifications as welll as the safety and security of each and every patient. All of our team members are screened from nine different sources including abuse registries and the Division of Professional Regulation Registry. In addition we conduct both state and federal criminal background checks, preform drug screening and require service letters from previous employers.

Vicdania Health Services, encourages all of our clients and their family members to be involved in the selection of the caregiver and/or nurse. We utilize a care pairing process in which we work with the family to understand the unique skills and personality desired in a personal caregiver. Once the caregiver and/or nurse is chosen we will assemble our care team and one of our Nurse Managers will conduct an initial home assessment that addresses any medical issues, personal needs and desires, and the information collected will be used to formulate the most comprehensive plan of care possible. At Vicdania, we make sure that the caregiver is creating the right environment to assure that our clients are satisfied and thriving.
