Universal Technical Institute Inc. is a provider of post-secondary education for students seeking careers as professional automotive, diesel, collision repair, motorcycle and marine technicians. The Company offers undergraduate degree, diploma and certificate programs at 10 campuses across the United States. It also offers manufacturer specific advanced training (MSAT) programs that are sponsored by the manufacturer or dealer at 18 dedicated training centers. During the fiscal year ended September 30, 2008 (fiscal 2008), the Company’s average undergraduate enrollment was 14,941 full-time students.
