With Full-Service Contracted Food Service, our dedicated, certified Team Members, Dietitians and Managers are committed to delivering a nutritionally balanced menu customized to each facility we serve. Trinity is committed to providing food service programs that ensure all food is properly prepared and presented three times a day, seven days a week.
Trinity Take-Out is a customizable meal program that features high-quality menu options. Inmates can purchase one of many unique entrees and desserts. Meals are prepared fresh by properly trained and professional staff that can be delivered on a cart for immediate purchase. Officers and staff can also purchase Trinity Take-Out meals, and the program features a number of customizable options.
Trinity Sourcing Solutions is an innovative food service program designed to help our clients maximize their budgets and enhance their kitchen operations. Our dietitians will create a nutritious menu that ensures each facility meets dietary requirements and satisfies inmates, while our unique sourcing power can provide and optimize return on their investment.
Trinity’s WORK. FEED. SUCCEED. vocational training helps reduce recidivism by preparing inmates for a career in the food service industry upon their release. Through comprehensive classroom and hands-on instruction, they learn to work in a commercial kitchen, feed their peers and succeed in a professional food service environment. The program is fully customized to cover all elements of food safety and retail food operations, including sanitation, kitchen safety, food safety, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) and cooking skills. Instructions can also provide ServSafe education and certification.
TKCares – The businesses and members of Team TKC have a proud history of charitable giving in the communities in which we operate. TKCares is TKC’s program for managing our charitable outreach activities both inside and outside our company. The program is primarily funded by TKC with supplemental funds from our employees. Every dollar we raise goes directly towards our efforts to support our communities.
