Our founder, Chip Wood, started out in a single bay, concrete block building. Humble doesn’t begin to describe it. But, Chip knew that if he treated his customers and their cars with care while focusing on transparency in pricing and providing the highest level of service – he’d do alright.
Now, with 170+ stores and growing fast, we’re rooted in Chip’s founding values and practices. And we’re still leading the industry with innovations like a free alignment with a 4-tire standard installation, and our exclusive valet service, Skip the Shop.
We’re the largest 100% family-owned tire and automotive dealer in the U.S. – and the eighth largest independent tire dealer overall. Our partnerships with 20 different tire manufacturers and inventory of over 327,000 tires mean our customers can find exactly what they need when they need it. And we continue to separate ourselves by treating people and cars with respect while focusing on transparency and service.
Headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, we employ nearly 2,000 people, with over 170 locations across Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, and Virginia. TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
We foster a learning environment and recognize that everyone has opportunities to learn, grow and chase your dreams. We’ll help you find ways to build on your skills and progress your career forward.
And we’ll do it in a way that’s accessible and suits the way you learn. We offer some classroom training, on-site and digital training. Some training is traditional classroom style and other training is hands-on with real skill training by some of the BEST in the business.
In addition to our own in-house training programs, you’ll also have a chance to participate in vendor sponsored training programs. This gives you the opportunity to learn about new products and then test them out on the craziest of terrain. Many of the ride-n-drive events are hosted across the U.S. to include Vermont, San Diego, Arizona, San Antonio and some here in Cincinnati.
