The Independence Houses Company

The Independence Houses, locally owned by a Registered Nurse, provides assisted living facilities in a small home-like setting. The facilities specialize in caring for individuals that have been diagnosed with dementia. The staff provides care, support and education to help families cope with the changes that dementia brings to their lives. Emerald Gardens provides a palliative care home, for those individuals diagnosed with an illness that causes pain or other health concerns. All houses provide services to maximize comfort and quality of life.
