Team Rehab is a network of therapist owned outpatient PT clinics in Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Georgia.
Our mission is simply to be the best source of outpatient PT. By the best we mean the clinics with the highest levels of patient satisfaction, and the best objectively measurable outcomes. As far as possible we want our patients to enjoy therapy as well as getting clear improvements in their health.
We do not believe that we have achieved our mission yet, but we think our strategy, based on excellent quality and patient satisfaction, is gaining momentum. We started with a single clinic in Michigan in 2001 and have grown to almost locations across Michigan, Illinois. Indiana, Wisconsin, and Georgia. We are always planning additional clinics to make it even more convenient to our patients, their friends and family to get treatment.
Our mission is supported by six core strategies.
1.Our people are the key to the way our patients are treated and the results they achieve. As a result we make a major effort to make long term partnerships with the best therapists and support staff.
2.We provide our team with the right facilities and the right equipment. We welcome visits from patients or staff considering Team Rehab. Come and see what our clinics are like.
3.We work with our patients and their physicians to achieve superior results. We are committed to excellent documentation and open communication with physicians and patients.
4.We are committed to practicing evidence based therapy. That means that we measure outcomes and change our treatment protocols to get the best results for our patients. It also means that we measure patient satisfaction, and react quickly to any concern expressed by a doctor or a patient.
5.We participate in research studies with universities and hospitals. This is part of our commitment to provide the best PT by helping to find out what the best PT is. It is also part of our commitment to the members of our team to provide them with opportunities for personal growth.
6.We believe that the delivery of PT services should be managed by practicing PTs. We are dedicated to a business model that give PTs ownership of their own clinics, and complete clinical autonomy. At the same time, Team Rehab provides business support in marketing, administration and finance that lets our staff focus on being the best they can be.
