Since 1888, Southeast Georgia Health System has ensured that coastal Georgia residents and visitors have access to the highest quality medical care. Today, the not-for-profit Health System continues to grow to meet the community’s health care needs from birth through all stages of life. Serving six counties, the Health System is comprised of two medical campuses and more than 50 physician practices. A full spectrum of health care services are offered, including maternity and newborn care; cardiology; surgical services; intensive care, and 24-hour emergency care. Multiple specialty centers include cancer care, cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, endocrinology and diabetes, gastroenterology and endoscopy, joint replacement, orthopaedic and spine, sleep management, wound care and more.
