Since the beginning of the pandemic, Sodexo employees have helped keep essential infrastructures running, including hospitals, schools, universities, and offices. Safety has always been more than a motto, and we’re now advancing our standards to the next level as we battle against the virus. It is a critical priority for us that each employee has the appropriate PPE and training to do their job safely.
Sodexo is taking actions to proactively manage the impacts of COVID-19 with a focus on the safety and health of our employees and the wellbeing of the communities we serve. We’re modifying services to continue supporting the varying needs of our clients including:
• Enhanced cleaning measures with new training, increased cleaning frequency and superior protective gear for our teams
• Modification of restaurant operations, payment, guest flow and even how supplies are received to support social distancing and to reduce exposure
• Creation of shortened menus and increased grab-and-go options to expedite service in our accounts
