At Saginaw Control and Engineering (SCE), we specialize in building enclosures as well as careers. Our state-of-the-art facility and manufacturing technology provides a clean, organized, and safe place for our employees to work and is a great place to begin or continue your career. We currently have two production shifts (Day shift & Night shift) that operate Monday through Friday allowing employees to pick the schedule that works with their life. We work weekdays, either 8 or 10 hour shifts depending on demand, and get weekends off.

SCE offers a very competitive benefits package to employees after 90 consecutive days of employment. Health insurance is offered to employees without deducting anything from their paychecks. SCE picks up 100% of the health insurance premiums, for both single and family health insurance coverage. We offer a vision plan for $1.73 for single coverage and $5.09 for family coverage, which includes most everything you need from eye exams to contact lenses. We also offer dental insurance options for less than $11 per week, paid holidays, paid vacations, and a matching 401(k) retirement savings plan. Employees that choose to build a career with us can expect to increase their paid vacation time to up to 4 weeks a year.
