Puyallup Tribal Health Authority Company

The Puyallup Tribal Health Authority (PTHA) is located in Tacoma, WA and is an ambulatory family practice, behavioral health, dental and community health services, healthcare clinic that provides services to federally recognized Native Americans who reside in Pierce County.

PTHA was the first ambulatory health clinic in 1976 to enter into a 638 “self-determination” contract with the Indian Health Service. As a 501(c) 3 organization chartered by the Puyallup Tribe, PTHA has demonstrated commitment to quality through national accreditation by AAAHC and COLA.
