P.F. Chang‘s opened its doors in 1993, at the Scottsdale Fashion Square in Scottsdale, AZ. Named for it‘s two founders, Paul Fleming (P.F.) and Philip Chiang (Chang), P.F. Chang‘s sought to create a unique dining experience; fusing American and Asian cultures to create delicious cuisine.

From the beginning, our team members have been crucial to our success. We train our chefs to a high standard, and provide all of our staff members and managers with room to grow. This philosophy helped us to grow and succeed. We are now the largest full-service Asian restaurant in the country, and we have been recognized many times for our excellent food and service.
