Pentec Health, formerly Pentech Infusions, was founded in 1983 originating regionally in Philadelphia, has since expanded to offer our services nationwide. Pentech Infusions had become an established leader in providing IDPN and IPN therapies for dialysis patients and established a strong reputation for customer service. In 2006, Pentech Infusions was acquired by a group committed to building on the company's core strengths, augmenting those capabilities with a new emphasis on clinical expertise and outcomes management. Through key additions to the management team and established clinical leadership, the company has actively pursued its new mission and continues to evolve as a fully integrated specialty infusion company. As we move forward, we will remain committed to the high quality and service focus that distinguished our past. And we'll continue to pursue and provide clinically proven therapies that restore quality of life.
