NORDAM Company

NORDAM
Trouble getting your engine going? NORDAM, one of the world's largest private aerospace companies, can give you a lift. The company manufactures, overhauls, and repairs an array of airframe and engine parts. Its lineup includes bonded-honeycomb and composite parts, nacelles (engine housings), fan/thrust reversers, along with interior components. NORDAM maintains facilities in the US, as well as Mexico, Singapore, and the UK. Customers include commercial and business airlines, aircraft OEMs, such as Boeing, Bombardier, Embraer, and Cessna Aircraft, US and foreign militaries, and aircraft maintenance operators. Founded in 1969 by Ray Siegfried, three of his children serve as company executives. The company has found a silver lining in the recent downturn in the global economy. With customers electing to refurbish business jets instead of buying new aircraft, NORDAM has seen its repair operations take off.
