We currently manage 68,644 apartment units in 20 states, making us the 13th largest multifamily owner in the country per NMHC. In addition, Monarch operates a nationally franchised hotel and a ski and snowboard resort. We are more than just a broker and more than just a property management company. We research, acquire, own, operate and maintain all of our properties. During due diligence we are onsite; to inspect the physical plant, review all leasing history and current operations, and scrutinize the property to our own high standards.
