We provide powertrain, body, and chassis products, such as alternators, starters, engine management systems, electric power steering motors and controls, ignition coils, EGR valves, sensors, xEV intelligent power units, and air bag control systems; and audio/video and communication products, such as rear seat entertainment systems, car navigation systems, and car audios. We serve automotive, heavy-duty truck, and coach manufacturers. We were founded in 1979, and our headquarters is based in Mason,Ohio, with additional major facilities in Maysville, Kentucky, and Detroit, Michigan.
