We consolidate the entire claim management and administrative process through a combination of insured and self-insured programs.

Acquired by Tokio Marine Group Inc. in 2011, Matrix has continued rapid growth. Matrix has offices in Phoenix, AZ (HQ), San Jose, CA, Hawthorne, NY, Austin, TX, and Portland, OR. Additionally, we are supported by a community of telecommuters for primarily workers compensation and clinical resources.

Partnering with us are two sister companies also owned by Tokio Marine Group, namely Reliance Standard Life Insurance, and Safety National Casualty Corp.
