Lutheran Senior Services is a faith-inspired, mission-driven organization that serves more than 13,000 older adults. Ranked as one of the largest nonprofit multisite senior housing providers in the country, our Christian mission is Older Adults Living Life to the Fullest (based on John 10:10).

For us this means creating opportunities for older adults to achieve their utmost potential – physically, emotionally, intellectually, socially, and spiritually. Our mission extends to our team members, too. LSS staff often find their calling and a second family as they work with residents who appreciate the care and dedication from staff at all levels. Residents’ family members often reach out to communities expressing their gratefulness for their loved ones.
