LONG Building Technologies was established in 1965 as a manufacturer representative of HVAC equipment and has evolved throughout the years, adding offerings and expertise to keep pace with changing technology. Today our services are extensive and comprehensive covering the gamut of building needs including HVAC equipment, energy efficient upgrades, controls, security systems and mechanical installation, maintenance and repair. Everything you need to improve the quality, efficiency, functionality and longevity of your building throughout its lifecycle is right here at LONG. We also believe in the value of our services so much that when we moved into our headquarters building in late 2009, we initiated a complete overhaul, utilizing elements from all our areas of expertise and transforming it into an intuitive, energy efficient facility. The building is complete with a full service warehouse and parts counter for our customers, a rooftop solar farm, security system and access control and occupancy sensing for a safe and comfortable work environment that is LEED Gold Certified. We’re proud to utilize the same technologies we recommend to our clients in our own building.
