Lincoln Savings Bank Company
Lincoln Savings Bank
We're a community bank - with an added twist or two
We're owned and managed by Iowans. We're committed to the Iowa communities we serve. And yes, that makes us a community bank.
But we're also much more.
Let's start with the basics. Lincoln Savings Bank (LSB) opened for business in 1902. These days, we're a full-service bank offering deposit accounts, loans and other traditional services. We're a member of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. We have 17 branches and our assets total about $1.5 billion.
Here's where the "more" part comes in. We operate a subsidiary, LSB Financial Services. This offshoot expands our services to include insurance, investments, trust and estate management, and more*. Together, Lincoln Savings Bank and LSB Financial Services operate seamlessly to be your complete financial provider.
We also have a national footprint. LSBX provides a wide range of services to the rapidly growing financial technology industry. Clients include industry-leading firms such as Square Cash App, Qapital, M1 and Acorns.
In our century-plus transformation from a one-location agricultural bank to a diversified financial institution, LSB has enjoyed sustained growth while staying rooted in Iowa values. Today, we have banking and financial services offices throughout our home state.
We conduct business based on a small set of timeless guiding principles we refer to as Core Values:
Cultivate deeper relationships
Foster superior talent
Act like owners
Build strong communities
We take the last point as seriously as all the others.
We have a long tradition of providing financial resources to worthy causes and organizations. In 2005, we launched the LSB Foundation to coordinate our philanthropic efforts. We also oversee scholarship programs and our employees volunteer at countless local events.
In short, we're committed to giving back to the communities we serve. It's exactly what you would expect from a bank that's owned and operated by - and for - Iowans.
