Lawson Products, Inc. (Lawson) is a North American distributor and marketer of systems, services and products to the industrial, commercial, institutional, and governmental maintenance repair and operations (MRO) marketplace. Lawson also manufactures, sells and distributes production and specialized component parts to the original equipment marketplace (OEM) including the automotive, appliance, aerospace, construction, and transportation industries.

Lawson operates in two segments: MRO Segment and OEM Segment. The Company offers approximately 240,000 different products for sale of which approximately 180,000 products are maintained in inventory. Substantially all of its products are manufactured by others, purchased in bulk and repackaged in smaller quantities for sale to its customers.
