As an independent, family-owned company, High Country Beverage is Colorado’s premiere distributor for some of America’s most beloved beer, cutting-edge beverages and heavily-decorated craft brews. Within 20 years, High Country Beverage has grown tremendously and now covers the Northern Colorado area reaching as far north as the Wyoming border as well as the Western Slope area reaching as far southwest as Telluride.
After opening in 1996, High Country Beverage moved to its corporate headquarters in Loveland. It is now operating out of its brand new facility in Johnstown, Co. After more than a decade in business, the company sold more than 2.5 million cases in 2010, becoming a top performer in volume trends, distribution and retail execution. A nationally recognized industry leader, High Country Beverage’s product portfolio includes MillerCoors, Crown Imports, Heineken USA, Pabst, New Belgium Brewing, Mike’s Lemonade, Oskar Blues, and Boulder Beer as well as numerous other beverages. In October of 2012, High Country Beverage acquired Colorado Beverage Distributing, Inc. expanding its operations to two additional locations on the Western Slope, Grand Junction and Montrose.
