To support Hagerty's success and culture, we provide all employees with resources for acquiring the knowledge and skills to improve job performance, increase employment opportunities and pursue personal development. Through our own Hagerty University, we offer classes like Public Speaking, Car Basics, Engine Guts & Glam and more. We also train and pay for employees to achieve insurance licensing and provide them with hands-on projects.
Hagerty has a brand-new employee fitness center with top-of-the-line exercise equipment and professionally trained instructors. We want our employees to be happy and healthy, which is why we offer a wellness reimbursement benefit. Hagerty will even pay for entry fees if you sign up for any races!
We also empower employees to serve the community in a way that is important to them personally by organizing opportunities and giving employees sixteen hours of paid volunteer time. Additionally, our Corporate Social Responsibility program contributes approximately 10% of the company’s net revenue towards four areas of focus: corporate giving, civic leadership, hobby & sport and ecology.
What else makes Hagerty unique? Your birthday is considered a holiday, there is free ice cream during the summer months on Fridays. All employees receive a complimentary roadside assistance package. We are headquartered in beautiful downtown Traverse City, where we are surrounded by water, and an abundance of good food, wineries, microbrews, festivals and shopping! Our newest office can be found in beautiful Golden, Colorado.
