Green Hills Community provides faith-based care and specializes in lifestyle design that enhances the physical, mental, social, emotional and spiritual aspects while respecting the need for independence, privacy and self-esteem that members of our community hold dear.

We are a Continuing Care Retirement Community that offers independent living homes, affordable housing apartments, assisted living apartments, rehab and skilled nursing, dementia care, adult day services, child care center, 24-hour aquatic and fitness center, and our own home health agency.

Founded more than 40 years ago by a group of townspeople who had a dream of a “senior citizen village” has become the legacy of Green Hills Community today, offering elders the opportunity to have choices as they age where they want and how they want.
