Goodwill Industries of Central North Carolina Inc. (Triad Goodwill) has served central North Carolina since 1963. With a simple model of Donate – Shop – Recycle – Train – Work, Triad Goodwill is able to support and continue its mission of Improving Lives and Enriching Communities Through the Power of Work, all thanks to the generous support of our donors, shoppers, community and partners.

Our vision is to provide more than $50 MILLION in economic impact each year across our five-county territory of Alamance, Caswell, Guilford, Randolph and Rockingham counties.

We help individuals in our community overcome the barriers that separate them from gainful, long-term employment. We provide free workshops, digital skills courses, specialized job training and an intensive program that helps individuals with criminal records avoid recidivism by teaching them how to re-enter the workforce.
