The inspiration for Franklin Academy Charter Schools is Ben Franklin, a founding father who personified the pursuit of excellence, discovery and creativity. Franklin Academy is an AdvancED system accredited organization that offers an outstanding and unique educational experience. We are the first charter school system in the NATION to have an IB World School on every single campus.
Franklin Academy is committed to maintaining a productive, drug-free workplace that keeps its employees, students and visitors safe from harm. For this reason, Franklin has adopted a drug-free workplace policy in accordance with Florida Statute, §§ 440.101 and 440.102.
Franklin requires new and existing employees submit to drug and/or alcohol testing under the circumstances required by the Policy. Franklin expects all employees to comply with the Policy, to be responsible for their actions, and to recognize and report any workplace dangers.
