We love the work we do for our clients. We think you will too. Unlike many contact centers in the region, Five Star Call Centers doesn’t deal with collections or retention. Our representatives focus on servicing customers. As a team member, you’ll help callers who seek out your expertise versus dealing with agitated people all day long. This makes the job even more rewarding.
Many of our associates also work on dedicated accounts. Being on this type of account means you’ll get to know one client and their customers really well. This is a great way to build a relationship with the callers you’ll serve.
