At FastMed, we have served as the front door of healthcare for our communities for the past 20 years. From our humble beginnings as a family-owned practice in Clayton, North Carolina, we have become one of the leading urgent care providers in the country. In 2021, we acquired CareSpot and MedPost urgent cares, and together we have treated several million patients at almost 200 locations across Arizona, Florida, North Carolina and Texas in-person and via telemedicine.

In addition to providing a comprehensive range of Urgent Care services, we support businesses of all sizes with Occupational Health services, and our expanding network includes Family Medicine clinics in North Carolina. In 2014, FastMed was awarded The Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval® — a distinction that recognizes our commitment to the highest standards of healthcare quality and safety, and in 2020 we were reaccredited by The Joint Commission for the second time for our continued adherence to their standards. FastMed is one of the few independent urgent care operators in the nation to be honored with this distinction.
