Family Health La Clinica is a non-profit, federally-qualified community health center with locations in the Wautoma, Mauston, Beaver Dam, Friendship, and Stevens Point communities. We are a rural employer with a highly-qualified and compassionate staff providing quality care and service to our patients. We offer primary medical, dental, behavioral health and substance recovery services across a ten-county service area in Central Wisconsin. While we accept a variety of private insurance plans, Medicare and Medicaid, we also offer a sliding fee discount program for those who are uninsured and/or underinsured.
