EnterSource was founded to provide the best possible customer service in the satellite television and internet industry to a thirsty and growing market. While this market is ever-changing, as is the technology, we feel that we have stayed ahead of the technology bubble and remain relevant not only today but for years to come. Our strategic partnerships with AT&T, HughesNet, and several membership cooperatives gives us the ability to sell products and provide services that are cutting edge technology and being craved by the market. As time has progressed, we have seen ourselves as more of a service company than a product company. At the foundation of our mission, EnterSource provides commercial and residential installation services for companies that desire to provide an exceptional customer experience for their customers.

EnterSource was founded in 2006 as Midsouth Satellite, LLC, as a Dish Network authorized retailer and retailer of smaller ancillary products. The business operated out of a 600 sq ft space with a small storefront on the Shelbyville, TN, historic downtown square. Shortly after opening the retail store, we began selling DirecTV residential, HughesNet satellite internet. We became an installation fulfillment partner for HughesNet. Due to the quick and consistent growth, we relocated first to a 1500 sq ft abandoned gas station then added a separate warehouse location to support our needs. We then consolidated spaces into a 5000 sq ft building that consisted of a large storefront with high visibility. In 2012 EnterSource merged with United Satellite Service, which Joseph’s brother Adam owned. With Adam’s expertise in operating a service fulfillment group, EnterSource further solidified its place as a top-ranking HughesNet partner. HughesNet continually recognizes EnterSource as a top partner and a leader in installation metrics, direct sales, and customer satisfaction. Today, EnterSource now occupies a 33,000 square foot facility in Shelbyville, Tennessee, and has branch locations in Jackson, TN, Clarksville, TN, and Kutztown, PA. EnterSource currently provides jobs for over 100 team members.

We perform residential work daily within 11 states providing installation services for our customers such as electrical co-ops, municipalities, telcos, and satellite providers who desire to provide an exceptional customer experience to their consumers. We provide installation services for both Fiber to the home ( FTTH ) projects and satellite installation for services such as HughesNet Gen5 and Directv but serve all 50 states for our commercial services. Currently, we are in over 30,000 homes per year and are adding over 400 hotel rooms per month to our portfolio of over 20,000 that we manage.
