EMC Mechanical Services Company
EMC Mechanical Services
EMC Mechanical Services is one of the largest, privately held full service mechanical contractors in Virginia. We are an open shop specializing in HVAC, piping, plumbing and refrigeration solutions. Our services range from design build / assist, fabrication, installation, CAD / BIM for a complete mechanical system installation, upgrade and/or retrofit. In addition, we offer complete building energy audits and a full offering of preventative maintenance services to suite your facilities unique needs.
Our roots go deep – all the way back to 1898 when Gregory & Graham provided heating and cooling solutions with coal. Since then, EMC Mechanical Services has evolved over the course of the century from companies such as Catlett-Johnson and Eveready Heating & Plumbing.
Despite the mergers and changes in the industry, EMC Mechanical Services remains a hometown company with hometown values. Our hands-on approach and expertise allow us to maximize value without sacrificing excellence in quality and service.
EMC Mechanical Service’s Green Effort has included numerous LEED NC projects, LEED EB, and Energy Star efforts including energy audits for customers. EMC Mechanical Services has the ability to be part of the team effort beginning with design assist through the budgeting, final pricing, construction, and commissioning phase.
From the small, rural church that needs servicing only once a year to the large, urban hospital requiring our expertise with every step of the design and building process, EMC Mechanical Services is committed to meeting budgets, deadlines, and exceeding expectations.
At EMC Mechanical Services, we are committed to cultivating an environment of mutual respect and inclusion. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, gender, pregnancy, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
