East Bay Innovations
Established in 1994, East Bay Innovations (EBI) is a human services and social services non-profit. We provide personalized support that enables people with disabilities to live in their own homes, work in jobs of their choosing, and feel a sense of membership in their community. We seek to further the human rights and empowerment of people with disabilities seeking to lead lives of meaning as part of their communities.
Our programs include Supported Living and Community Day Services that support people with developmental disabilities to live in their own homes and be a part of their communities. The Independent Living Services program assists people who can live independently to manage their public benefits and aspects of their home life, such as healthy eating, budgeting, healthcare, and community access.
EBI’s Employment Services program assists people with developmental disabilities to find and keep jobs of their choice in their communities. The California Community Transitions program assists people with disabilities to transition from nursing homes, to find affordable housing and establish the necessary support services to live independently.
