Early Learning Indiana Company

Early Learning Indiana is the largest and most venerable not-for-profit early childhood education provider in the state, operating 11 high-quality Day Early Learning centers throughout Indianapolis. Our mission is to assure the highest level of early childhood education for children in Indiana.

Child Care Answers and Partnerships for Early Learners, our two outreach programs, are also part of Early Learning Indiana. Child Care Answers, one of eight regional resource and referral agencies in Indiana, is a child care training and referral program that serves parents, child care providers, and corporations as it works to enhance access to, and the quality of, child care services in Central Indiana.

Partnerships for Early Learners, a five-year program funded by a grant from the Lilly Endowment, is an innovative campaign to increase access and quality of early childhood programming across Indiana. By 2020, Partnerships for Early Learners aims to ensure that 75% of Indiana’s children in child care or preschool are connected with a high-quality program and that their families are engaged and supported. This goal will be made possible through five core strategies: quality improvement, capacity-building, workforce development, family engagement, and innovation and leadership.
