Dassault Falcon Jet Company

Dassault Falcon Jet
Helping the rich, famous, or merely busy soar to new heights, Dassault Falcon Jet supports and sells the Falcon family of business jets. The company provides finishing services to its parent Dassault Aviation, which builds Falcon 7X, 900LX, 2000LX, and other models in France then flies them to its Dassault Falcon-operated facilities in the US for painting and interior installation. In addition, the company offers engine maintenance, spare parts and tools distribution, and special equipment testing, as well as pilot and maintenance training and sales of pre-owned aircraft. More than 2,000 Falcon jets have flown into the wild blue yonder since Dassault began production in 1965. Geographic Reach Dassault Falcon Jet has a geographic presence in Australia, Austria, Brazil, Canada, China, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Israel, Mexico, the Russian Federation, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa , Spain, the U.A.E., the UK, and the US. Operations In addition to outright sales, Dassault Falcon Jet offers fractional ownership programs. Its Dassault Falcon Service unit offers jet charters and fixed-base operations (or FBO) services, including refueling, terminal, and other ground services. The company operates from airports and facilities in New Jersey, Arkansas, Delaware, and Florida. Strategy Dassault Falcon Jet and its parent hope to keep sales ascending in coming years by designing and developing new business jets. The company's newer models include the mid-sized Falcon 2000S and the eco-friendly Falcon 2000LX, which has a maximum range of 4,800 nautical miles and is lighter and more fuel-efficient than some competitors' jets. Other new models include the Falcon 900 EASy Series and the Falcon 900DX. In 2012 Dassault Falcon Jet established a wholly owned foreign entity to cater to the emerging Chinese market. The subsidiary, known as Dassault Falcon Business Services (Beijing) Co. Ltd, is based in Beijing and is scheduled to start operations in 2013. In addition to these plans to expand in China, Dassault Falcon Jet has announced plans to open a service center at Moscow's Sheremetyevo Airport in 2013. The new location will allow the company to expand its maintenance operations in Moscow, an important hub for serving Russian-based and temporary executive aircraft. The service center will serve Falcon 7X and Falcon 900 EASy Series aircraft.
