CRI is a market research firm founded in 1994 and located in Austin/San Marcos, Texas. We offer a broad range of research solutions from a small 10-person focus group to a telephone survey of ten-thousand to any number of mixed-mode research methodologies.

CRI’s principals are backed by a staff of managers, programmers, and supervisors who oversee over 200 professionally-trained interviewers—including a full complement of bilingual interviewers. All interviewing is performed by in-house staff with no outsourcing.

We are a HUB-certified business and have conducted more than 1000 survey projects for a variety of clients, including state and municipal entities, media, retail, high tech, political consulting, and more.
