United Cerebral Palsy Associations of New York State, Inc. d/b/a Constructive Partnerships Unlimited (CP Unlimited) is one of New York City's largest and most wide spread Community Living Organizations with programs dedicated to enhancing the lives of people with disabilities.

CP Unlimited was formerly known as Cerebral Palsy Associations of NYS. Our new name better reflects our wide array of services and programs and the diversity of people with disabilities that our agency supports.

CP Unlimited is a broad based multi-service organization providing services and programs for people with developmental disabilities. In the NYC metropolitan area, the agency operates an extensive community based living program, day habilitation programs, and community habilitation services. CP Unlimited focuses on giving people the personal, social, and vocational supports needed to live in their communities. Care coordination is provided to assist persons with disabilities and their families in gaining access to service and support appropriate to their needs. Metro Services also provides rehabilitation, nursing, behavioral, dietary and Article 16 services including counseling, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy.

CP Unlimited was founded to make a positive difference in the lives of people with disabilities, and since 1946, it has continually accomplished that goal. Dedicated staff provide a wide range of direct services and supports that address the individual needs of people with disabilities, including those with the most severe disabilities. All of these programs are provided within a warm, caring environment, using person-centered planning to identify and address the specific needs of each person. CP Unlimited believes this approach gives people the best chance to achieve the greatest success.
