CHI Health at Home, located just outside of Cincinnati, Ohio, provides services in Arkansas, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Nebraska, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Washington. With nearly 3,350 associates throughout the organization, CHI Health at Home provides five distinct but coordinated home-based health care services, including:

•Hospice

•Home infusion (I.V.) therapy

•Home respiratory care

•Medical transportation
