Founded in 1977, Cathedral Square is Vermont’s leader in the development of affordable, energy-efficient and service-enriched housing communities for seniors and individuals with special needs. For 40 years, we have remained steadfast in our mission to advance “healthy homes, caring communities and positive aging.” Today CSC owns and/or manages 30 senior housing communities, providing safe and secure homes at an affordable price. We also developed the award-winning SASH® (Support and Services at Home) initiative and now administer it statewide, providing individualized health and wellness support to people in their homes.
