Blink Fitness Company
Blink Fitness
We opened our first three Blink locations in 2011, offering a premium gym experience at a low cost. All Blink gyms are distinctly clean, colorful and brightly lit, staff are welcoming and friendly, and equipment is top-of the-line. Membership costs are kept low by cutting out high-cost amenities like towel service. The response was remarkable (7 years later, we have 350K+ members) and we’ve since been called “The Target of Gyms."
Blink’s approach to fitness takes on more than just the old-school, expensive, gym membership and experience cliches. We’re also committed to destroying the powerful, fitness industry-forged idea that gyms are only for people who know a lot about working out, ie. not the average person. Instead of focusing on just the physical results you get from working out, we focus on the emotional ones. We put Mood Above Muscle™. The models in our campaigns are our members. The stories we feature on social media are the real life stories of real life people. Our members are all shapes, sizes, ages, genders, races, sexual orientations, and fitness levels, and we celebrate that.
Ultimately, our mission is to change lives and improve the quality of the communities we serve. We envision a future where quality fitness is part of everybody’s daily life.
Why work at Blink:
At Blink, we’re a fitness family on a mission to bring all the benefits of exercise to as many people as possible. It’s like we always say: Blink is the gym designed for Every Body. We care about what we do and have a lot of fun doing it.
We understand the importance of continued training and education, so we’re all about helping our employees develop core competencies and skills that can be used through their entire career. We’re adding new locations and gaining members all the time, so new opportunities to grow are constantly popping up.
And, of course, all Blink employees get a free all-access Blink membership.
