Founded by Jeff Banning in 1994, Jeff’s vision was to create a company that would represent his values, character, and passion. For over 25 years, Banning Engineering has matured and grown into an organization of skilled individuals who have a similar vision and dedication. This dedication enables the firm to excel at a wide variety of projects including but not limited to: site development, stormwater resources, survey, water & sanitary sewer, economic development, construction services, recreation & quality of life, and transportation.
Jeff Banning has served as president since the organization’s inception. He is responsible for the leadership and guidance of the team members, business development, client development, project management, including contract preparation to project close-out and overseeing the financial and business operations.
